لم يصلني الرمزThe code did not arriveLe code n’est pas arrivé
رمز التحقق يُطلب مرة واحدة فقط عند إنشاء الحساب، ويصلك على واتساب. تأكد من الرقم وراجع واتساب، وانتظر دقيقة ثم اضغط إعادة الإرسال. إذا لم يصل شيء فاتصل بالتوزيع أو راسله على واتساب من الرقم نفسه ليزوّدك بالرمز. بعد إنشاء الحساب تدخل بكلمة المرور أو بحساب Google من دون رمز. إذا نسيت كلمة المرور، استخدم «نسيت كلمة المرور» واختر طريقة الرمز: على بريدك من no-reply@quick-taxi.com إذا أضفته وأكّدته، أو عبر واتساب إلى رقم هاتفك المسجّل.The verification code is needed only once, when you create the account, and it is sent on WhatsApp. Check the number and your WhatsApp, wait a minute, then tap resend. If nothing arrives, call or WhatsApp dispatch from the same number and they can give you the code. After the account is created, you sign in with your password or Google, with no code. If you forgot your password, use “Forgot password” and choose how to get the code: by email from no-reply@quick-taxi.com, if you added and verified your email, or by WhatsApp to your registered phone number.Le code de vérification n’est demandé qu’une fois, à la création du compte, et il est envoyé sur WhatsApp. Vérifiez le numéro et WhatsApp, attendez une minute, puis appuyez sur renvoyer. Si rien n’arrive, appelez la centrale ou écrivez-lui sur WhatsApp depuis le même numéro pour obtenir le code. Une fois le compte créé, vous vous connectez avec votre mot de passe ou avec Google, sans code. Si vous avez oublié votre mot de passe, utilisez « Mot de passe oublié » et choisissez comment recevoir le code : par e-mail depuis no-reply@quick-taxi.com, si vous avez ajouté et confirmé votre adresse, ou par WhatsApp sur votre numéro enregistré.

افتح الرحلة في التطبيق. بعد القبول ترى السائق على الخريطة وفق الطريق الفعلي. إذا لم يكن السائق متجهاً إليك، اتصل بالتوزيع أو راسله على واتساب.Open the ride in the app. After acceptance you see the driver on the map along the real road. If the driver is not heading toward you, call dispatch or message them on WhatsApp.Ouvrez la course dans l’application. Après l’acceptation, vous voyez le chauffeur sur la carte le long de la route réelle. S’il ne se dirige pas vers vous, appelez la centrale ou écrivez-lui sur WhatsApp.

الأجرة تظهر قبل التأكيد. الدفع نقداً بالدولار أو بالليرة اللبنانية. الدفع الإلكتروني غير متاح بعد. سؤال فاتورة الشركة يُوجَّه إلى التوزيع.The fare is shown before you confirm. Payment is cash in US dollars or Lebanese pounds. Online payment is not available yet. A question about a company invoice goes to dispatch.Le tarif s’affiche avant la confirmation. الخطوات في صفحة حذف الحساب. من التطبيق: اضغط 🗑 في الأعلى ثم أكّد. أو اطلب الحذف من الرقم المسجّل.The steps are on the delete account page. In the app, tap 🗑 at the top and confirm. تطبيق الزبون اسمه Quick Taxi، وتطبيق السائق اسمه Quick Taxi Driver. Google Play وApp Store قريباً. تنزيل أندرويد المباشر: تطبيق الزبون (APK) وتطبيق السائق (APK). نسخة الويب للتجربة على /customer، ونسخة السائق على /driver.The rider app is Quick Taxi, and the driver app is Quick Taxi Driver. Google Play and the App Store are coming soon. Android direct download: rider app (APK) and driver app (APK). The web version for testing is at /customer, and the driver web app is at /driver.L’application du client s’appelle Quick Taxi, et celle du chauffeur Quick Taxi Driver. Google Play et l’App Store arrivent bientôt. Téléchargement direct Android : application client (APK) et application chauffeur (APK). La version web pour essai est sur /customer, et l’application web du chauffeur sur /driver.

تُحدَّث التطبيقات من وقت إلى آخر. رقم الإصدار يظهر داخل التطبيق. إذا تعذّر شيء، أخبر التوزيع أي تطبيق تستخدم وماذا يظهر على الشاشة.The apps are updated from time to time. The version is shown in the app. If something fails, tell dispatch which app you are using and what is on the screen.Les applications sont mises à jour de temps à autre. La version s’affiche dans l’application. Si quelque chose échoue, dites à la centrale quelle application vous utilisez et ce qui est à l’écran.
